A \"sedative\" this is the new custom build directly on the street from the beach, 150 steps to Hutchinson St Beach access, where free CHAIR SERVICE 6! Also provides 6 folding sand chairs, TWO Sup, sea kayak, rolling beach cart, 3 rolling coolers, 6 bicycles! Fun for everyone and you can swim in the famous quiffy fish. Just a half a mile to Destin Commons, walk to restaurants, half a block from Camille, and Inn at Crystal Beach. What the doctor ordered -to slow down, a little rest with the family, with friends. Billiards, board games BOARD. 6 Master suites plus a huge bunk room sleeps 24 BEDS (not sleep sofas), and NOT SHARING a BATHROOM. Each room has its own bathroom. Massive bunk room with 4 built-in bunks, own bathroom and own lounge, as well as 60\" TV entertain the kids. MAX 12 adults company, no adults in bunks.

***I have personally designed a new Destin house in a individual construction, to the ultimate vacation getaway, no wasted space, practical -but comfortable, beautiful design! Internal all-white ship-lapped (tongue & groove wood), painted and covered with a wooden ceiling.
--Cleverly designed bedroom that is not too big (but still pretty spacious!) there are built in shelves, cabinets; nice touches such as wall sconces, as well as a USB charging station by every bed; a CubieBlue bluetooth speaker next to every bed.
--EACH room has a King-except on the top floor bunk room; ALL rooms en-suite full bathroom, NO shared BATHROOM! EACH room has its own 4k wi-fi, TV; three of the King bedrooms have beach views, open onto a balcony overlooking the beach side, which is the full width of the house
... Every bathroom walk-in tiled shower, except for the 2 \"family\" bedrooms, which have King and double bunks, a tub/shower combination to bathe the little ones
