Are you planning a holiday with extended family or friends? The 7-bedroom home waiting for your family, friends to enjoy that long-awaited time together! This is one of the few great rentals around the lake that are available throughout the year. Bring your boat(s), keep them in the dock during your stay. Enjoy the summer on the lake, or the Chautauqua Institution, fishing, leaf peeping in the Spring, Autumn, snow mobiling, fishing and skiing in the Winter, the wine tasting, the wonderful art trails, and sightseeing in all seasons!
The big seven/bedroom three/bathroom home has enough living space to accommodate a good size group without having to worry about feeling squeezed-in. The living room is very long, several seating areas equipped with comfortable, new furniture, excellent craftsmanship. There's a diner in a dead-end, in addition to a separate breakfast room. The kitchen is supplied with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, dishes, microwave dishwasher. In 2016, we gave you a bath, the renovation of the kitchen, breakfast in the room. Two bedrooms on the ground floor and five floor, there's plenty of room to spread out. Even a washing machine! There is a wonderful deck which faces the lake, which is still more space in the group to enjoy themselves.
There are two bathrooms on the ground floor. One bathroom with shower over the bath, the other just a shower. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over the tub is an empty sink is located in an alcove near the bathroom. Each room has its own lighted closet, and plenty of room to store your holiday equipment! All you need to bring your linens, paper products. This is a non-Smoking, No pet home.
