Villa Anatoli, tourist permit EOT MHTE 0428K123K0435701. a beautiful three bedroom Zakynthian stone built villa located in an enviable, private position in the Korithi stunning views of the port Aghios Nikolaos port, perfect for visiting the blue caves, Navagio (shipwreck bay). The villa, open kitchen, lounge/dining room, double French doors open onto the fabulous covered balcony. The hand built oak kitchen is complimented with granite countertops, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. A washing machine, freezer, additional drinks fridge can be found in the attached utility room near the swimming pool. A table seating six, modern couch, a TV playing a DVD or a wood burning fire complete the upper floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, French doors leading to the terrace, the garden. The second bedroom, a double closet, French door leads to the terrace, the pool area. The third bedroom, a big bedroom, big, hand made cabinets, double arched doors leading out to a large covered terrace. Grill terrace, parasols, sun loungers at pool.
A short drive or twenty minutes walk around port brought to Aghios Nikolaos port where you will find local tavernas, wine bars, restaurants, grocery store, gift shop. There are small boats available for trips to the blue caves, shipwreck bay and the ferry to Kefalonia docks twice a day.
